Head-Chef Maksim Savelyev
Since 2015, chef Maxim Savelyev has headed the RFR GRILL restaurant kitchen. Meat, fish and seasonal local grilled products, as well as a healthy lifestyle and a culture of healthy eating are the main themes of Maxim's culinary creativity. Before joining RFR GRILL, Maxim worked as an intern in Germany, worked as a sous-chef in the restaurants "Ermak" and "Romanov", a chef in the "Veranda". Since 2009, Denis Shcherbak has been heading the confectionery production of the WTC restaurant complex. Denis is a multiple prize-winner and winner of prestigious confectionery competitions.
Executive chef Mikhail Kuznetsov
World Trade Center Brand Chef Mikhail Kuznetsov believes that every prestigious restaurant should have its own zest. The maestro inspires the entire WTC restaurant team with his culinary ideas in which the menu is created on the basis of a creative symbiosis of Pan-Asian, European and traditional Russian cuisine.
